Free Shipping on Purchase over $50 CAD for Canada and United States with Canada Post or USPS. Average Shipping time is 7-14 Business days Minimum Due to COVID19 Shipping delays on Postage System. Most Shipping with Tracking number provided, If economy shipping for small items with letter mail, then photo updates will be provided.
International Shipping will be 30-45days Minimum with Standard Shipping Asendia or USPS. Express Shipping is an optional.
We do not issue refunds once the order is in the process of creation or shipped out. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money!
Buyer is responsible for Customs/ Duties and Taxes encountered during international import and any return fees if our shipment is denied or undeliverable to the correct address.
1 Year Manufacturers Warranty for Electronics or Gagets
We are confident about quality, all items are inspected and tested to be working and in good order by manufacturer before shipping out. 1 Year Warranty product applies to only product listings that specify it has a 1 year manufacturer warranty and does not apply to all products we sell on the website. Only Manufacturing defects are covered. Not covered: damages resulting from physical breaking of product, customer error and water damage. No Refunds for Warranty. Customers are responsible for shipping fees in association with product replacement or repair. Fees will need to be paid before replacement is sent out.
Please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org, we will reply within 1-5 business days. Please include photos and videos of defect, the manufacturer will determine if it is a manufacturing defect that is covered in 1 year warranty, allow for 7-14 business days for manufacturer response.

We hope you are delighted with your purchase; however, should you wish to return your order for an exchange or refund, you can do so via our email "firstname.lastname@example.org".
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange the item(s) or refund the purchase price. Returnable items must be sent back within 14 days from the date of receipt and must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging. Shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer.
You must contact us and identify your invoice number, the product(s) you wish to return or exchange, and your reason(s) for returning. We will send you the address for shipping back the item(s). You must enclose the receipt and a list of what is included in the package. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Outbound shipping is non-refundable. If the returned item was purchased with a free shipping offer, we will deduct the actual outbound shipping cost from your refund.
Items must match the invoice and must be purchased from our website or store, we cannot accept returns from third party vendors or sellers.
Baby Products Returns/Exchange:
If this is the first time you’ve ordered from us and you’ve purchased multiple items, we recommend that you open one item and try it out. If you’re still not entirely satisfied, simply return the unused and unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days from the date you received your order. Due to Hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on soiled or prewashed Diapers/ Wetbags/ Baby products.
Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receipt to allow for inspection onto the original method of payment (credit card, gift voucher or Paypal account). We cannot facilitate with refunds to a third party. You will receive an email once your order has been refunded
Once a return arrives at our facility, processing takes about 3–5 business days. When exchanging items, you are responsible for paying all shipping costs. We will not charge you a handling or restocking fee.
Final Sale or Clearance Items are non-refundable.
Items that have been engraved, or customized for customers eg: Photoface Bears, Photo lockets, and Greeting cards are all non-refundable because they have been altered cannot be resold.
Party Balloons if opened package or used cannot be refunded due to hygiene reasons.
